Join us for a beautiful day of wellbeing, relaxation and connection in the heart of Bishop’s Stortford.

This special event is a fundraiser for the United Reformed Church, helping to support the local community while offering a welcoming space to relax, recharge and explore a range of holistic wellbeing practices.

Session Schedule
10:00am – Pilates
11:00am – Qi Gong
12:00pm – Soma Breathwork
1:00pm – Sound Bath
2:00pm – Subconscious Meditation
3:00pm – Belief Coding
4:00pm – Sound Bath

Each session lasts 40 minutes.

Thank you so much to everyone who came to our beautiful sound-baths yesterday, in the daytime and also the evening. Our guests even got to sit and rest outside in the sunshine after the daytime sound bath to rehydrate, to ground and get some healing rays from the sunshine.

I’m always asked how do we get on and off an air bed, fully clothed. Well here you go, I’m showing you how it’s done and hope to ease all your anxiety. The airbeds are sturdy, there’s three of us helping you get on, and if you still feel you would rather not go on an air bed, we haven really comfortable sun loungers poolside, where you can enjoy the lovely soundbath.
