Since the summer holidays, I’ve dropped over 11kg in 14 weeks by doing exactly what I teach my clients.

It’s me pointing out how some people, whether they’re in the public eye 🎤 or not, are transforming their bodies at a seriously fast pace.

And let’s be real, those in the spotlight often have HUGE incentives:
🎬 Prepping for a film role worth millions
🎤 Looking & feeling unreal in front of sold-out crowds
