Sandy and Donna attended the ‘Halstead Dementia Friendly Choir’ Christmas sing-along concert on Wednesday 17th December 11am – 12.30pm. at the Halstead Empire Theatre. It was very well attended by over 200 people, including pupils from two local schools who also sang on stage.

They took lots of photographs, including with the Mayor of Halstead - Andrew Munday, the Halstead Rotary Club President – Keith Brownlie, Kim Richardson – from Colne View Care Home and a cute little Santa’s helper Frankie. Although in Elf disguise they were spotted by Kim who invited them onto the stage for a `group’ photograph.

Still in disguise, much to everyone’s amusement 😊 they then spent some time out and about in the Halstead getting up to mischief!

Carol, from our Bishop's Stortford office, is also a volunteer at the Sawbridgeworth Welbeloved Club, a wonderful charity which provides opportunities for people aged 70+ and experiencing loneliness and social isolation to come together and share each other's company. Carol is shown with the Club's volunteers who all do an excellent job. They recently held their Christmas party, and we were pleased to be able to assist by sending along the Prosecco to help add a little extra fizz to the event!

Yesterday evening, Liz and Tom had the pleasure of attending the Parndon Wood Crematorium Christmas Carol Service. It was a beautiful, moving Service, with a choir, which was accompanied by Harlow Salvation Army band.

On Saturday, we held our Lights of Love Service for our Epping and Loughton funeral homes at Greenacres Living Memorial Park, North Weald. It was a beautiful Service, and we would like to take this opportunity to extend our grateful thanks to Reverend Sarah Moss, Vicar of Theydon Parishes, and to Celebrants, Steve Cheal, Vicki Corderoy and Gillian Keith,
