🌿 VATA BALANCE TEA BLEND 🌿
Just made a fresh batch of our beautiful Vata Balance Herbal Tea Blend. Vata is an Ayurvedic term, and refers to one of the three constitution types or Doshas ~ Vata, Kapha and Pitta. Vata is said to be a combination of two elements ~ Air and Ether. It is believed that Vata types, when out of balance, may tend toward feeling ungrounded, over energised (appearing as feelings of nervousness) and even feeling cold or chilly. This blend brings a warmth, perfect for this colder weather, yet gently calms the inner whirling winds, bringing a sense of peace, clarity and groundedness.
