Fylde Community Awards 2025 - Children's Services Winner We provide services for those within the Wyre, Fylde, Preston and Blackpool area, offering evening groups (6-18yrs), Saturday clubs (Blackpool only, alt Saturdays, 8-18yrs) and holiday clubs (8-18yrs) for children/young people

with additional needs and disabilities. PIP provides a SEND-IASS service which provides information, advice and support to disabled young people and those with SEN, their parents/carers, (who have children/young people aged 0-25 years). We are a registered charitable organisation based in Fleetwood and are funded by Local Authorities, local businesses, personal donations and in-house fund raising. We help children and young people with additional needs and disabilities to enjoy a fuller and more meaningful life and operate in and around Blackpool, Fylde, Preston & Wyre

What a fab Easter Holiday Club Blackpool Group had. One of the highlights was another trip to Gulliver's World in Warrington 🎢

Just a reminder of our next Family Event for 2026 and Play Inclusion Project will be taking over Wacky World for a PRIVATE Event 🌟

Event Details:
- Location: Wacky World, Preston
- Date: Thursday, 23rd April 2026
- Time: 6 PM to 8 PM
- Cost: £5.00 per child, which includes food (pizza)
- Private Hire of the whole Inflatable Park

Please note:
- Spaces are limited, so if you’d like to participate, please reach out to your Area Manager
- This is just the beginning! We will have future events tailored for different age groups and locations to ensure everyone can join in
- All children must be accompanied by an adult

We are definitely back and we have a super busy week here at Play Inclusion Project. As well as all of our Weekly Groups, we also have our Family Event over in Preston at Wacky World and even a charity event. Luke & Sharon will be climbing The Big One at The Pleasure Beach to raise money for our charity 🤩

After a INCREDIBLY KIND donation of £530.00 from one of our parents at Play Inclusion Project. We hit our goal of £600.00 which is AMAZING!!

We have now upped our goal to £1000.00 and we are wanting to reach it before we start the climb 🤞

We are so excited for our next Family Event happening in June. Play Inclusion Project will be taking over Arc Cinema in Blackpool for a PRIVATE viewing of the NEW Toy Story 5!!! WE CAN'T WAIT!!! ❤💙💚

Event Details:
- Location: Arc Cinema, Blackpool
- Date: Saturday 20th June 2026
- Time: Film Starts @ 3pm
- Cost: £5.00 per ticket (Everyone who is attending will require a ticket)
- Private Hire of Screen 5 at Arc Cinema in Blackpool
- Free Parking is available at Houndshill Shopping Centre

Our Story

We offer leisure and recreational activities for children and young people with additional needs and disabilities. Our weekly activities are for 6-18 year olds and include youth clubs, ten pin bowling and a session at The Space Centre in Preston. We are excited to announce that in November we will be launching a swimming club at Fleetwood YMCA. We also deliver a Life Skills Project for 18-25 year olds and Activity Clubs during school holiday periods. We recruit volunteers from local colleges, universities and the wider community to provide support to the children and young people who attend our activities.

We are a registered charitable organisation based in Fleetwood and are funded by Local Authorities, local businesses, personal donations and in-house fund raising. We help children and young people with additional needs and disabilities to enjoy a fuller and more meaningful life and provide much needed respite for parents and carers. We operate in and around Blackpool, Preston, Fylde and Wyre.
