Book Launch Announcement 💙

I’ve been quietly working on something huge behind the scenes, where I’ve written a book that means the world to me.

Love, Loss and Light: A Journey Through Pet Grief, Memory, and the Love That Remains is now live.

This book is my heart on the page, a tribute to the bond I shared with my beloved dog Leto, and to every soul who is grieving a pet companion.

Written through the lens of my own loss, it gently walks you through the rawness of pet grief, the quiet beauty of remembrance, along with compassionate healing spaces for you.

As part of Loneliness Awareness Week on the 13th of June at 7pm (UK time), I’m hosting a gentle, reflective pet grief coaching session.

“Alone with My Grief: Pet Loss, Loneliness & the Stories We Silence”.

An hour to explore the real loneliness that can follow pet loss, how stigma shapes our silence, and ways to begin reconnecting with ourselves, and others who truly understand.

We’ll look at the psychology of loneliness, reflect together, and honour the bond that still lives on.

💙Pet Loss & Mental Health – A Gentle Community Workshop💙

Grieving the loss of a beloved pet can profoundly affect our mental health. Feelings of isolation, anxiety, depression, and withdrawal are more common than many realise and yet, pet loss is often overlooked in conversations about mental wellbeing.

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, I'm hosting a free online workshop.

Navigating Pet Grief – A Night of Reflection & Connection

Last night, I had the privilege of holding a Navigating Pet Grief session, where we came together to share, reflect, and honour the love we hold for our pets. 💙

Grief can feel isolating, but we supported one another in that space, finding comfort in shared experiences and gentle understanding.

One profound insight shared by a delegate truly resonated:
💙 "I realised Ranger doesn't want me stuck in my grief." 💙

Grief can feel heavy at times, in our session, we explored ways to offer self-comfort through guided reflection, honouring the love we carry while allowing space for healing.

Thank you to everyone who joined, shared, and held space for each other. Your courage and openness were truly inspiring. 💙
