**We desperately need TEABAGS! ☕️**

Drinking tea is one of the simplest, yet most soothing things we do. We drink tea to celebrate, to commiserate, to catch up with friends, and sometimes just to get through the day.

Tea is wonderful when we’re thirsty or tired – but it’s also so much more than that. It’s a sign of friendliness when you visit someone’s home. It’s a gesture of sympathy when someone is upset. It’s often how we celebrate.

It can even help to keep the peace. When tensions rise, the simple act of boiling the kettle and sharing a brew gives everyone a moment to pause, think, and calm down. In families, offering a cup of tea is often the way we break the silence after an argument. Making and accepting that tea can mean the disagreement is over.

In other words, we offer tea as a way of expressing care and emotion – sometimes when we don’t quite have the words. So please don’t be surprised if someone’s first reaction when you’re upset is, “I’ll put the kettle on.” It’s their way of saying they want to help.

That’s why we are asking, if you can, please donate teabags. Such a small thing makes a huge difference to the people we support every single day ❤️

As William Gladstone said:
“If you are cold, tea will warm you; if you are too heated, it will cool you; if you are depressed, it will cheer you; if you are excited, it will calm you.”

Thank you so much for your continued kindness and support, we can't do this alone ☕️

🌍✨ Happy Zero Discrimination Day! 🌍✨

Today, we celebrate our beautiful diversity and the power of inclusion! Zero Discrimination Day is all about promoting equality, challenging stigma, and ensuring everyone is treated with kindness, respect, and dignity — no matter their background, health, identity, or life experience. 🌈💖

Every story matters. Every voice matters.

Together, we can break barriers, uplift one another, and create communities where no one is judged or left behind.

💜 Harm Reduction Saves Lives
People who use drugs or alcohol deserve compassion — not stigma.
Harm reduction meets people where they are, offering support without judgement, helping reduce risks, and creating safer pathways to health and recovery.

✨ Providing clean equipment
✨ Offering Naloxone and overdose awareness
✨ Supporting safer drinking strategies
✨ Creating non‑judgemental spaces
✨ Building trust, connection, and hope

These tools don’t enable harm — they prevent it, and they keep people alive until they’re ready for the next step.

❤️ Let’s Stand Together
Today, let’s choose:
🌟 Kindness over judgement
🌟 Compassion over criticism
🌟 Understanding over stigma

Everyone deserves the chance to feel safe, supported, and valued — including people who use drugs or alcohol.

Your heritage, your story, your journey — all are worthy of respect. Let’s build a world where everyone is free from discrimination, shame, and fear.

💜 If you or someone you care about needs support, our doors are always open — without judgement.
