💜 Shad Chefs Woman Hub 💜

We’re excited to share that we are open tomorrow night from 7pm–9pm, based at The Phoenix Hub, Clayton St, Blackburn.

Our sessions are open to all ladies aged 21+ from any area no referral needed. Just come along, feel welcome, and enjoy some time for yourself.

✨ This week we’re creating ‘Lanterns in the Dark’ ✨
A beautiful, calming activity where we’ll design and decorate our own lanterns a gentle reminder of finding light, creativity, and connection even on the days that feel a little dim. No art skills needed just bring yourself.

💜 Our volunteers are trained in SafeTALK, ASIST, and Mental Health First Aid, ensuring a supportive, understanding and safe environment for all women who attend.

🎶 Sound Bath Reservations 🎶
Any ladies wishing to reserve a space for our upcoming Sound Bath can book and pay in person tomorrow night. Spaces are limited, so securing your spot early is recommended.

Supper will be provided by our amazing food sponsor kings castle and refreshments are also provided

✨ Important Update Sound Bath Evening ✨

Ladies, we’ve had a few questions, so here’s a quick update for anyone interested in joining our Sound Bath with Rick Thunderstruck

If you would love to attend but are unable to lie down, please know that you can still take part. You’re welcome to sit comfortably in a chair and enjoy the full sound bath experience. The vibrations and relaxation benefits can be felt just as deeply while seated.

We want this session to be accessible to every woman who wishes to join us.
