At 11am, we will join people across the nation in observing a two-minute silence to mark Armistice Day — a moment to reflect, remember, and honour the courage and sacrifice of all those who have served and continue to serve our country.

We pause to remember the fallen heroes of the First World War, and all those who have given their lives in conflicts since — ordinary men and women who showed extraordinary bravery to protect the freedoms we enjoy today.

At Right at Home, our professional and personalised care services make the transition back home from hospital as relaxed and worry-free as possible. We are beyond proud to have supported Greg’s mum to get back on her feet and enjoy her independence once more.

“Right at Home provided care for our 80-year-old mother for three months while she recovered from an operation on her ankle. We were initially concerned about how our Mum would cope following her surgery as she was effectively housebound. However, the quality of care delivered by Right at Home has been more than we could have ever hoped for.

“The carers were all, without exception, wonderful, and treated Mum with kindness, warmth and respect. Mum is now back on her feet, and we are extremely grateful to the team at Right at Home for making difficult period of convalescence infinitely more manageable.”

We have been praised by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in its recent inspection of our services, for delivering high quality care and support.

The CQC is our regulatory body, which monitors our services to ensure we continually deliver the best possible care and support to our clients. We are delighted to say that we did exceptionally well, we are celebrating a rating of ‘Outstanding’ for Responsiveness and ‘Good’ in all other areas.
