It could be Piriformis Syndrome.

This condition occurs when the piriformis muscle – a small muscle deep in your glutes – irritates the sciatic nerve, causing pain, tingling, or numbness that travels down the leg. It often mimics sciatica but has a different root cause.

🪑 Too much sitting
🏃‍♂️ Overuse from running or squatting
📉 Weak glutes or poor posture
