Breaking News 🚀 – H&T Presspart strengthens position in parenteral market and expands footprint in the USA.

We are delighted to announce an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Plas-Tech Engineering, a privately-owned medical device manufacturer based in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, USA.

This strategic acquisition is a major milestone for H&T Presspart:

✅ Strengthening our global presence with first production site in the U.S.
✅ Expanding the portfolio into proprietary polymer syringe systems and RTU solutions
✅ Adding expertise in bespoke solutions for parenteral and medical device applications

Plas-Tech will expand our high-quality portfolio of products and services and will open new opportunities to serve our joint customer base globally.

We welcome all Plas-Tech employees to H&T Presspart and look forward to working together to improve patients’ lives.

Last week our site in Blackburn hosted their annual Golf Competition Day at Clitheroe Golf Club, which was open to all employees at the company. It was great for the team to spend some time relaxing, with a little bit of healthy competition thrown in. Social events like this are an important part of working at H&T Presspart, giving everyone the chance to connect, unwind and have some fun together outside of work. Congratulations to all the winners on the day and to everyone who took part.

H&T Presspart's Blackburn site is extremely proud to announce it has become a Patron for Blackburn & Darwen Youth Zone. This partnership reflects the company’s continued commitment to supporting the local community and investing in opportunities for young people in Blackburn and Darwen.

Blackburn & Darwen Youth Zone is a modern, purpose-built facility open to young people aged 5 to 19, and up to 25 for those who need support with employability. The Youth Zone offers a diverse range of activities and programmes focused on skills and aspirations, and health and well-being. With the support of patrons like H&T Presspart, the Youth Zone is able to meet over £2.5 million in annual running costs, providing life-changing support to thousands of local young people.

At the beginning of June, Liam Holt along with some friends undertook the Lake District 100k 24hr Ultra challenge for charity.

Liam was raising money in memory of his Fiancé's brother, Matthew Liam Burian, who sadly passed away after being diagnosed with Hunters Syndrome (MPS ll) which is a very rare genetic condition.

The charity continuously carries out research to support familys who have been effected. They raise money on the hope of one day finding a cure for Hunters Syndrome, along side sharing awareness.

The team completed the challenge in 21 hours and 25 minutes, and climbed nearly 2500m during the challenge

The target was to raise £2000, but Liam and his friends have already smashed that with over £3000 raised.
