Day 4 of the training plan usually takes it out of you the most. Yes, its smaller muscle groups but it can feel like an absolute achievement!
The things I prioritise during my more intense training weeks:
❤️ Sleep - you can see by my wrinkly eyes that ive not hit my goal last night but im trying to go to bed by 10pm.
❤️ Regular food intake - keeping meals regular and consistency throughout the week - helps to maintain your energy during recovery.
❤️ Prioritising "clean", whole foods to keep inflammation at bay and help the body rip the benefits of your workouts.
❤️ Rest - Always an active rest day in between.
