Life’s been full lately & the Easter holidays have been busy 🐥🤍

I’m a busy mum, juggling 3 jobs, football runs, endless washing piles, a child that won’t go to sports camp in the holidays, who’s stuck to me like glue 😆 & of course two very crazy dogs which I have to take out separate because I can’t deal with the together 😆😂

It’s one of those seasons where everything is happening at once… but I still really value showing up here and sharing in between it all.

Because underneath the busy days, I’m still here doing what I love most…supporting women through anxiety, overwhelm, stress and everything life can bring.

I was having a walk on the beach the other day & took this photo of the sun coming through the clouds🌤

It made me think about something I’ve been learning lately….

The light is always there.

Even when the sky looks heavy.
Even when everything feels grey.
Even when someone is deep in their story.

But you can’t force the clouds to part.

I can offer support.
I can gently show someone how their past might be shaping their present.
I can explain how chaos can become a nervous system pattern.
How calm can feel unfamiliar.

But I can’t make someone step into the light.

People only change when they’re ready to see differently.
When they’re ready to feel differently.
When they’re ready to let something shift.

Sometimes we get so used to the storm
That the brightness feels uncomfortable.

So we stay where it’s familiar, in the pain, in the chaos.

The sun doesn’t fight the clouds.
It just keeps shining.

And when someone is ready
They’ll feel it.

If you’re ready for lighter feelings and steadier ground…

Your mind needs care just as much as your body. 🧠💛

Sometimes when we feel low, it can be hard to get moving. Motivation disappears, and even the smallest tasks feel impossible. You’re not alone in that.

The work I do in my sessions is all about helping people gently push past that stuck feeling, step by step, without guilt or self-judgment.

A little tip for those moments when procrastination is winning: just do the thing.

At first, it might feel like climbing a mountain… but if you keep going, even in tiny steps, it starts to break the cycle of ‘lack’. Your brain notices your effort, adapts, and slowly motivation begins to trickle in.

It’s not about perfect progress…it’s about showing up for yourself, even in small ways. 💛

Cold weather 🌧️
Post Christmas money worries 🫠
And pressure to feel motivated already 🫣

But your feelings don’t need a fixing
And today doesn’t have to be blue
Just ride the wave 🌊

If you’re feeling flat
Overwhelmed
Or a little disconnected

It doesn’t mean something is wrong with you
It often just means you’re human,

So let today be softer
Give yourself a break
Lower the bar
Breathe a little slower

You’re allowed to choose ease

Last year I planted a seed 🌱
‘I’m going to run a half marathon.’

At a time when I was actually struggling in other areas of my life.
Feeling stretched.
Overwhelmed.
Not quite myself.

So achieving this means more to me than just the miles 🏃‍♀️

It didn’t happen by accident.
I had to plan my runs.
Build them up slowly.
Get the right trainers.
Stay consistent when it felt hard.
Stay focused when life felt heavy.
And I raised money for a charity close to my heart 💛

Looking back now…
I’m really proud of me.

Because self belief doesn’t come from confidence.
It comes from keeping promises to yourself even when life feels tough.

And this is exactly what I help women do.
