Doing a pathophysiology presentation on:
- Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
- Fibromyalgia
At St Helens college
Part of my reasoning for doing a sports massage level 5 course is that I aim to learn about neurological conditions so I can find ways through massage to help my clients with any of these issues to reduce pain and improve lifestyles.

Just got my Manual Lymphatic Drainage certificate so I can now practise.
The lymphatic system plays a huge role in our immunity.
MLD can- Clear waste and toxins within the body
- Aid in nutrient transportation
- Increase metabolic efficiency
- Relieves stress, anxiety, mild depression and tension etc
I will be starting to implement Manual Lymphatic Drainage soon so if anyone’s interested then please message me on here.

One of my regular clients Dillon Berrie has only just gone and won a gold medal in the IBJJF European Jiu-Jitsu championship in Portugal. Very pleased to hear this. Happy to have helped him recover from injuries so he can achieve amazing goals such as this.

Just graduated and achieved my Sports Massage Therapy level 4 certificate. I did this course because I want to gain more skills and knowledge so that I can find more ways to help my clients.

So I’ve started my sports massage therapy level 5 course at St Helens college. I’m doing this course because I’m looking at gaining knowledge at a high level and look at various ways to help my clients.

Lovely review from one of the Christie charity reps 😊. I’ve also been informed that the sports massage therapists table has raised £160 for charity.

I was asked by the Christie charity to provide my sports massage services along with other therapists at the Solaris centre today to help massage a lot of the people who have made the journey from Manchester to Blackpool on their bikes to help with the Christie Charity in the battle against cancer.
