A message from the CEO…

As many of you know, Thomas Medical Services has been my dream, my passion and my proudest achievement. Watching it grow so quickly over the past few months since our big move, has been one of the proudest achievements.

However, due to some unexpected health complications, my maternity leave is officially starting… just one day before giving birth! (if you know me - this was likely the plan all along as I’m a workaholic) 😂

I know the clinic is in the best possible hands. After a long eight months of planning, I’m leaving you with an incredible team of six, all personally chosen by me. They are talented, caring, and completely dedicated to our patients. They are my mini me’s but in their own magical ways ✨

I want to thank every single one of you for your loyalty, kindness, and support. You’ve helped me grow TMS into something truly special, and I will forever be grateful.

While I’ll still be reachable by email, please direct all calls to 01253 963167 so the team can look after you while I take some time to look after me (and baby boy).

Do you know what your blood pressure numbers really mean?

Blood pressure shows how much force your blood puts on your artery walls as your heart pumps. It’s measured with two numbers:

Systolic (top number): the pressure when your heart beats

Diastolic (bottom number): the pressure when your heart relaxes between beats.
