“Everything in David’s room was there to give us comfort and normality – a special bed for David, comfy chairs for us, it was like an extension of our home.

“Many people think a hospice is where you go to die. But for David, it was where he could live his best life – comfortable, safe, surrounded by love. That’s why whatever they need, we’ll always be there to help.”

David’s comfort was a priority for us while we were caring for him at the hospice. But our comfort items need replacing.

We’re so grateful to Tim, Alan & the amazing team at Nurture Landscapes for supplying all of our beautiful real Christmas trees this year! 🌲💜

For the first time, Nurture have not only supplied, delivered, and installed the trees for our Light Up a Life event next weekend, but they’ve also decorated them and will return in January to remove and recycle them.

Nurture are also installing the IPU tree and have generously offered two small trees for Brian House Children's Hospice, meaning they’re supplying all of our real outdoor trees this Christmas.

💜 “One thing Paul kept saying was that he didn’t want to die on his own. Thanks to Trinity, he wasn’t.”

You may have read Paul’s story, shared by his sister Debbie. Recently, we sat down with Paul’s son, Thomas, who reflected on the incredible care and support Trinity provided during his dad’s final days.

Thomas will be joining us at this year’s Light up a Life – a beautiful event to remember loved ones and celebrate their lives.
