‼️‼️Notice to Patients: Launch of Online Triage Service ‼️‼️
From 1st October contractually, we will be introducing a new online triage service. This system is designed to make it easier and more convenient for patients to let us know about your symptoms, medical concerns, or administrative requests.
By completing an online form, your request will be reviewed and directed to the most appropriate member of our team. This will help ensure that you receive the right care, at the right time, from the right professional.
The online triage service will be accessible via our practice website www.waterloomedical.co.uk during our opening hours 08:00 - 18:30 and you will then be able to:
• Request routine/non urgent appointments .
• Request administrative help such as fit notes, medication
queries, letter requests or test results.
• Receive guidance on whether you need an appointment, and if so, with whom.
All routine / non urgent requests will be triaged by the practice team within 3 working days. We will then make sure you are informed of the outcome of your request and if required and appointment arranged for a future date, either in one of our clinics, or signposted to one of our trusted local providers.
We kindly encourage patients to use this service wherever possible, as it will help us to manage demand more effectively and reduce waiting times. Of course, our telephone lines and reception desk will remain available for those who are unable to use the online system.
