Here We Go 🚀
Big changes from 👏🏼
She buys into the process, and when you do that you win.
She’s consistent, when you do that you win!
We recently just upped her calories and she’s still dropping body fat.
The dream right.
Likely because the extra calories have given her extra energy which then transfers to more productive gym performances.
When you’re already small and not carrying much body fat, losing is hard man.
Because the smaller you are, the less calories you burn. But Amy still needs to burn roughly 3500 calories off her own body to lose 1lb.
So it becomes hard man.
Remember all those times you heard that ‘slim’ people are lucky because they have fast metabolisms.
Well it’s not really like that. The smaller you are; the less you burn.
So example…
Person 1 weighs 60kg
Person 2 weighs 100kg
Both walk the shop together.
Person 2 burns more calories.
Make sense ? Good.
Amy has also enjoyed foods she enjoys whilst dieting.
Now as we continue to push kcals over time, she’ll get to stay lean, eat more food and include more food she enjoys into her diet.
When you do the work.
It becomes easier after.
