Then why not join me for an evening of Guided Meditation sound healing, the mix of crystal sound bowls, gongs and my spiritual guides will help to let all of the stresses of life to slip away, allow the relaxation to flow through you and get some well needed rest.

Benefits of sound therapy include, improved sleep, pain management, relaxation, the release of emotional blockages.

All you will need to bring along is a Yoga mat, Pillow, Blanket, some Water and an open mind.
