Often our unconscious selves and disregarded inner child, affect our own children. This remains, until we become more self-aware and brave enough to address our own issues, often through effective counselling and psychotherapy.

Growing up, we carry the weight of expectations—society’s, our family’s, our own. But at some point, we realize that our journey is ours alone. Shedding the need for approval is one of the most liberating steps we can take. The real question is: are you living for them, or for the person you were always meant to be?
