End of the week workout in my jogging bottoms. By the end of the day I can’t wait to get rid of my Lycra as much as I love my leggings. I’m yet to find comfy leggings that don’t cause too much compression on my bloody hernia that NHS does not feel is necessary to operate. I have worked so hard to stabilise and make my core as strong as possible. 2 c- sections, hernia and full length diastasis is no joke. There is a nothing I cannot do but I have worked hard for it. I can lift heavy thanks to my movement method combining weights Pilates, , PRI and multiple movement mentoring programs. I’m so grateful to my clients who are my biggest teachers and keep me in my toes every day with their questions, problems and curiosity.
This is the first time I’m doing overhead sn**ch with 12kg. My brain said you can’t do it. I always question what my brain says I can’t do. F**k it I thought, I’m just going to give it a go. And there I went, no problems. This is what I teach to my clients. You think you can’t do it, but have you tried it? Bad news is that I need to buy a set of heavier kettlebells 🫣
