New Moon in Capricorn ♑️ 🐐✨️🌒

This Capricorn new moon occurs almost at the end of ambitious Capricorn season.
This creates an activation point- an ending & a beginning.
We are still wintering, however, you may have noticed the light lingering in the sky a little longer each evening. As we head towards Imbolc, there are little signs of life returning as bulbs begin to gently pop their heads out of dark earth. This may be the perfect time for us to pop our heads out of the darkness & start making gentle plans for the year ahead. Its a good time to start considering the bigger picture & what we want our dream life to look like. Yes, there's still time for us to fully emerge, but a little planning & dreaming never hurt anyone- right?

Meet the Face Behind Luna-Gem Holistics 🌙

Hello everyone! I’ve noticed a few new faces around here lately, so I thought it was the perfect time to reintroduce myself and the story behind my business.

My Journey
Luna-Gem Holistics was born in August 2024. After a long career in management, I decided to follow my heart and retrain as a Holistic Therapist. I spent over two and a half years qualifying in various modalities to ensure I could offer high-quality, deeply healing treatments.

From Mobile to Studio
What started as a mobile service has blossomed beautifully! In June 2025, I opened my dedicated home treatment space in Durweston, Dorset. It is a sanctuary designed specifically for your relaxation.

My Passion
I truly love what I do. My goal is to create a tranquil space where you can find peace and stillness in an often chaotic world. I’m a lifelong learner, so I’m always studying new treatments to bring even more healing magic to my clients.

Super Full Moon in Cancer ♋️ ✨️ 🦀🌕
• Belonging • Nourishment • Emotional Truth

This first full moon of 2026 asks us not to treat it as a fresh start in a motivational sense- just because its the start of the Gregorian calender, this doesn't mean you have to use this time to reinvent yourself, set big goals or push forward with anything you are currently working on. Remember, we are still in the depth of winter. Instead, why not embrace the slower days, take comfort in the things that nourish your mind, body & soul. This is not something you should feel guilty about. Rest, rejuvenate & get ready to re-emerge fully in the spring, just as nature always intended us to.

Thats a wrap this year for Luna-Gem Holstics, having just seen my last client of 2025.

Its been another incredible year for my little business.
I'm so very grateful to my wonderful regular clients who continue to support me as well as their own well being by allowing themselves some self-care.
Its been a delight to welcome new clients too & I've had the opportunity to be involved in festivals & workshops, enabling me to connect with so many other like minded souls. I feel so very blessed to get to do something I absolutely adore.

This year I gained my qualification in Traditional Reflexology, which continues to be a popular choice for bookings.
I also embarked upon my journey to become a Aromatherapy Practitioner. I will continue to work through my 50 case studies for this course going into 2026, & I have some very exciting plans once qualified.

Wishing everyone who has supported Luna-Gem Holistics throughout 2025 a very joyest & peaceful Yule/ festive period....& wishing you all the happiest & healthiest 2026.
