• CANCELLATION POLICY •
I find this really hard and I’ve tried so many times to stick to my own policies but failed miserably 😩 I go in with emotion and tell everyone who needs to cancel ach it’s fine these things happen etc etc when actually its not fine and it impacts on my income which in turn causes me to stress out and worry.
Some people have a real issue with these types of policies and I’m guilty of having my own issues trying to enforce them but I need to start being quite strict about it now. The way I see it is if I book a treatment with a therapist and something comes up at my end wether it be sickness or me being late (if you know me you know 😂) and I can’t make it then I lose the money and I’m totally fine with that because that’s the policy. It’s my responsibility to get to my appointment or cancel within the time frame set out.
