Repetitive strain injury (RSI) is the pain felt in muscles, nerves and tendons caused by repetitive movement and overuse. The condition mostly affects parts of the upper body:

✍️ wrists and hands
👤 neck and shoulders
🤳 forearms and elbows

Symptoms can range from mild to severe and usually develop gradually. They often include pain, aching, throbbing, weakness and a tingling feeling.

ELECTROTHERAPY! ⚡️

Electrotherapy uses small electrical impulses to repair tissue, stimulate muscles and increase sensations and muscle strength. There are several different forms of electrotherapy including ultrasound.

Ultrasound works by transmitting sound waves into the injured tissue. This causes the cells inside the tissue to vibrate gently against each other. This increases circulation and speeds up the activity of the cells, resulting in acceleration of healing.
