You have to build YOUR meal plan.
What works well for someone else might not work well for you.
Your plan should suit your schedule and preferences (no...not pizza every day unfortunately)
I have zero time to waste thinking about what to eat, looking up recipes and cooking things from scratch.
Just zero interest in it.
So I make it as easy as possible to stick to my meal plan.
You don't need to go from a ham sandwich and crisps to organic chicken and brown rice.
You just need to make some sensible adjustments.
