Belle Lapidi by Walsh Memorials Ltd is the wholesale memorial division of Walsh Funerals & Memorials. We specialise in supplying high-quality memorial products, accessories, and services to trade clients across the UK.
As an ambitious and growing company striving to become a market leader within the memorial industry, we are looking to recruit a motivated and proactive Wholesale Customer Service Representative to join our team at our head office in Bloxwich.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering excellent service, and contributing to the growth of a successful business. Full training will be provided, including guidance on our in-house CRM system and product knowledge.
As a Wholesale Customer Service Representative, you will act as a key point of contact for our wholesale clients. Your role will involve managing customer enquiries, preparing quotes and orders, and supporting sales by maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
You will be responsible for ensuring clients receive a professional, efficient, and helpful service at all times.
⚫️Key Responsibilities
Acting as the main point of contact for wholesale clients via telephone and email
Preparing and processing quotes, orders, and related documentation
Selling memorial products, accessories, and services to existing wholesale clients
Responding to customer enquiries and addressing concerns professionally
Resolving client complaints where possible and reporting issues to management when required
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups
Supporting business growth by contacting potential clients through email, cold calling, and company-generated leads when required
Maintaining accurate customer records using the company CRM system
⚫️Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or customer support preferred
Experience in B2B sales is advantageous but not essential
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems (CRM training provided)
Memorial industry knowledge is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided
⚫️Salary & Benefits
Salary: £24,000 – £29,000 per year (dependent on skills and experience)
