As we approach Christmas, we would like to extend our heartfelt wishes to you and your families for a peaceful festive season. We recognise that this time of year can be especially difficult for many, and we hold you all in our thoughts - sending our love and support.

Our Great Wyrley branch is now closed, tomorrow is our last day in the office at our West Bromwich branch and Christmas Eve is our final day at our Bloxwich branch. We will reopen on 5th January 2026.

We are so pleased to announce that, for the 6th year, we are carrying out our New Year's Eve fish and chip supper initiative!

We are delighted to be again partnering with Walsh Memorials & Funeral Directors who are very kindly helping with the funding and delivery of the suppers - thanks so much Jake Walsh and Walsh Memorials & Funeral Directors!

The fish and chips will again be provided at a hugely discounted price by Bridgtown Fish and Chip shop.

We are now looking for nominations of local people who are senior in years, lonely or have suffered a difficult year to receive a free fish and chips supper on New Year’s Eve.
These will be delivered to the door by our young players and also volunteers from the club and Walsh Memorials.
We want to bring a smile to faces for at least a few minutes of the year and to provide contact at what can be a difficult time for some.

We are limiting it to 150 meals.

I would ask the government to make the purchase of defibrillators, bleed kits and the cabinets they are housed in all VAT free. Certain organisations can purchase defibrillators with no VAT, I ask the government to make this the case for everyone and extend it further to include bleed kits.
