My name is Sonia Dehal and I am delighted to welcome you to Home Instead Senior Care Walsall.

We opened our office here in Walsall at the end of 2018 to provide the very best, award winning, elderly care. We are committed to enabling people to remain independent and in their own homes for as long as possible. What we do is very simple, but very different from everyone else. Home Instead offers a unique proposition. Our services include Companionship, Home Help, Personal Care and Dementia Care. We cover Walsall, Wednesbury, Great Barr, Kingstanding and other surrounding areas.

What we do differently:

We look for caring, empathetic people who will take care of you, or your loved ones, in the same way they would care for their own family.

We provide award winning, accredited training and support for our CAREGivers.

We provide true person-centred care. The minimum call length is 1 hour. The relationship is based on the people not the service we provide.

We provide continuity of care. The same person will provide your care as often as possible. We will never send someone to provide care who has not been introduced beforehand.

The quality of our care is recognised at the highest level with the award of the Queen's Award for Enterprise.

I came to Home Instead after 5 years of working in Banking with major UK financial institutions. It was here that I saw existing business owners truly demonstrating the culture & values of Home Instead to make a difference to the elderly people in their areas. The experience highlighted my historical personal issue when seeking care for my family and the frustrations that I had felt with other providers not delivering on promises. Seeing Home Instead not only delivering but exceeding all expectations gave me the confidence to set up this office in my home town to improve the lives of our residents. I am proud to be able to help change the face of ageing in and around Walsall.
