I just want to say a massive well done to Billy in winning his fight in such spectacular style. The change in this young man in such a short time is amazing. He had the skills but he didn't have the mind set! Now that's all changed he has the skills and the mind set to be a champion 🏆

A massive well done to little Billy let's give him a thumbs up 👍

A massive thank you to Richard Hanson Applied Hypnotherapy who worked with young Billy on Friday to help him get back to competing for East Meets West Black Belt Academy

We've went through months of emotional battles getting Billy back into open competition. Literally sleepless nights the nights leading up to competition.

He would do great in class but the pressure of the competition would get to him.

He had one session with Richie on Friday and today he was a DIFFERENT kid out there ! Winning 2 out of 3 of his matches

Couldn't recommend Richie enough and he we will be having him in the Academy for some mindset sessions with the whole school
