👋 Guess who’s back?! 🎉

I’m so happy to share that 11 weeks on from my emergency hip surgery, I’m officially back to work full time from this week.

It’s been a long road, but I’m feeling really good and ready to get back to treating you all. My diary is now fully open for appointments.

I personally wanted to say a massive, heartfelt thank you to every single one of you for your understanding, kindness, and all the support you’ve shown Kevin and me over the last few months — it truly meant the world.

I still have a little way to go before I’m back to full fitness, but I continue to work hard each day to get back to training and competing as soon as possible. I’m 100% ready to return to work and keeping you all in tip-top shape for now though. I can’t wait to see you all!

🏆 WE’VE DONE IT AGAIN! 🏆

We have some difficult news to share. Due to a serious hip injury, Laura needs to undergo emergency surgery today.

This means that both of us —Laura and Kevin— will have to cancel all appointments for the rest of this week.

​Kevin will be taking time off to support Laura through her surgery and initial recovery. We don’t yet know what the recovery time will look like, but we'll be sure to keep you updated.

​We are devastated to have to step away, as our clients and their wellbeing are always our top priority. However, at this time, we need to focus on Laura's health.

​For all clients with appointments this week, we'll be in touch directly to reschedule or discuss the next steps. Thank you for your understanding and support during this challenging time.

Happy 1st Birthday to us! 🎉

We can't believe it's already been one whole year since we opened the doors at Revival Rooms. How's that happened?

We're feeling incredibly proud and grateful for how amazing our first year has been.

A massive thank you to every single client who has walked through our door. You've made us feel so welcome, confident and absolutely justified in taking the leap to go it alone last year. Your support means the world to us.

We also want to give a huge shout-out to Andy and Mark from Project:U. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to open our clinic within your incredible gym facility.

A massive thank you to The Traveller and The Bear for helping create our brand too. We get so many comments on how cool we look, and that's all down to you really 😀

Today we're eating lots of cake, but tomorrow it's onwards and upwards into year two. We're committed to continuing to develop the clinic and the treatments we offer for all our wonderful clients, both existing and new.

Keep an eye out later this week for some special news... we'll be announcing that we're locking our prices for year two, and there's something else very important to celebrate too 👀
