In this crazy mad world we often spend our time running around from one task to another. This September ask yourself what truly makes you happy and aim to put something in place that allows you at least one session of doing that. I quite like the 22nd, just sit, breathe and be with the moment, something we can aim to do each day. 1% of your day = 14minutes… surely you can spare that for yourself?

Our Story

Angela has a BSc (Hons) in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and has trained in the UK and USA. She is a member the British Acupuncture Council (MBAcC) and joint regional co-ordinator for the Edinburgh and Glasgow areas.

Although Angela sees many conditions at her clinic, her particular interests are women’s health, fertility and chronic pain.

Over the years she has also trained in several other holistic modalities and aims to bring you a truly integrative wellness plan, whatever your health challenge.
