Small good deeds remind us there are good people out there. If you are aware of anyone asking for help but notice they are not strong enough to act on the help given, be persistent. Our lives can change at a flick of a switch. I maybe a FHP but I have worked in the care sector for over 25 years. I can help people in other ways to see there are those of us that want to help and expect nothing in return.
