🌟👧🏼👶🏽Weekend Contact Centre Assistant – Saturdays Only 👶🏽👧🏼🌟

Location: Network Healthcare and children’s contact centre, Bodmin.
Hours: Saturdays 8 hours.
Full training provided
Start Date: ASAP

Network Healthcare and the Children’s Contact Centre are looking to recruit a caring and responsible individual to support our Saturday “Open and Shut” role at our welcoming contact centre.

We’re looking for someone to be the friendly face that welcomes children and families into a safe and supportive environment. You’ll help open and close the building, ensure it remains secure and child-friendly during visits, and assist with light tidying after sessions finish.

Key Responsibilities:
• Open and secure the building before and after contact sessions
• Greet and support children and parents on arrival
• Ensure the centre is clean, safe, and welcoming
• Maintain a child-focused environment, with age-appropriate toys and materials
• Uphold the guidelines and agreements in place for each family’s visit
• Work collaboratively as part of a warm, supportive team

What We’re Looking For:
• A friendly, approachable and reliable person over the age of 18
• No prior experience needed – just a genuine love for children
• Willingness to learn and work safely within set guidelines
