I am a McTimoney chiropractor with over twenty years experience of yoga and bodywork: the rigours of my training allow me to appreciate the complexity of health and disease and to integrate this knowledge safely into my clinical practice. My experience within the field of bodywork teaches me to go beyond what is known in the mind and work with what is unfolding in the present moment, aware that in some instances holding an open and creative space is all that is required to initiate healing.
