🎉 What’s been happening in our Slimming World groups this November? 🎉

We’ve had a truly inspiring month — and the results speak for themselves!

💪 My gorgeous members lost a total of 34 stone 10lbs! That’s the equivalent of:

🐘 Nearly half the weight of a baby elephant

🧳 Over 20 large suitcases

🚲 More than 3 adult bicycles!

🎁 8 amazing members gave themselves the ultimate life-changing gift — they reached their personal target weight just in time for Christmas!

🏅 7 members achieved their Club 10 award, meaning they’ve lost 10% of their starting weight — a milestone that brings massive health benefits, including reduced risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure.

✨ Slimming World Weekly Round-Up ✨ What a week it’s been! You’ve already heard about the fab results in Bodmin last Thursday, but let’s sum up Wadebridge, St Eval, and Bodmin together…

💪 We lost a whopping 165lbs (that’s 11 stone 11lbs!) – to put that into perspective, that’s about the same as a full beer keg or nearly the weight of a giant kangaroo. Incredible!

🏆 10 shiny awards were handed out this week, and the one we all dream of – the Target Award – was proudly received in St Eval on Monday, just in time for Christmas.

🌟 We celebrated so many non-scale victories too:

Walking from the carpark without being out of breath – a huge milestone.

Finding your voice – one member who used to be so quiet now waltzes in and chats with everyone.

Coat hangers too big because the clothes are getting smaller – what a problem to have!

Unstoppable determination – one amazing member came through the door for her award even after breaking ribs that very day, because she wouldn’t want to be anywhere else but with her Slimming World family.

🎄 The spirit in group this week has been full of laughter, inspiration, and festive motivation. Together, we’re proving that every pound lost, every award earned, and every victory celebrated – big or small – brings us closer to our goals.

💖 Here’s to more milestones, more smiles, and more Slimming World magic as we head towards Christmas!

It may have been freezing in Bodmin today and a long one at that… but my heart is absolutely warmed by the incredible achievements in our groups! 💪💚

🌟 And to top it all… a Club 10 Award – recognising a member who’s already made a huge difference to her health, reducing risks of heart disease, diabetes, certain cancers and gaining so many other life-changing benefits!

I couldn’t be prouder of the determination, inspiration, and support that shines through our Bodmin groups. Cold days feel a lot warmer when we celebrate success together! 🥳💖
