As we walk towards spring it is time to set some goals for this year. Too long now we have been held back due to what is happening around us so now is the time to use the freedom available, try something new, change that which has held you back and celebrate the freedom and opportunity we have that so very many don't. So make those changes, she'd that weight, overcome that fear. Make this year count. Because you are most definitely worth it.

In this strange, quiet time of year it is common to reflect on last year, how much you spent over Christmas and how things need to change this year, so I challenge you, to make a change.
Have a really good look at yourself and your life and pick just one thing that would make a positive difference for you .
Set an intention, and mean it that you will be proud of yourself this time next year then stick to it and see what a new way of looking at just one small change can make. You might just surprise yourself .

As we come out of the Christmas and New Year period, there generally follows a time for reflection and consideration. We all make decisions about making life a little better.
