The team are heading out to do the Cathedral to Coast walk to raise vital funds for Stonepillow — a charity that helps people move from homelessness into safety and stability.

Pulled over the car this morning because I spotted Karen and Dee out on their walk to the beach. ☀️
Had to introduce myself. We ended up having a lovely little chat on the pavement. Dee told me she was having a wonderful day and that she loves spending time with our team. You could see it.
Karen, thank you for what you do. And Dee - it was so lovely to meet you. 💙

I spotted a familiar blue uniform on the pavement this morning and had to pull over to say hello.
There was Karen, one of our carers, walking along the road with Dee, one of our service users, in her wheelchair. Just the two of them, out in the sunshine, heading to the beach.
Dee was absolutely lovely. We had a little chat on the pavement, and she told me she was having a wonderful day. You could see it on her face. She said she loves spending time with the staff, and honestly, the way Karen was with her, you could tell the feeling was completely mutual.
I asked if I could take a photo to remember the moment. They were both more than happy to.
This isn’t about what we do as a business. It’s about what it actually feels like to be part of something that matters. To see someone’s day genuinely shine because of the people around them.
That’s the whole thing, right there. 💙

WE DID IT!! 5,000,000 STEPS!

A massive well done to the team at Ashton Manor for completing the 5 million step challenge in support of Sage House.
This wasn’t a small achievement. It took consistency, teamwork and a lot of determination, all alongside the day-to-day of delivering great care.
We’re so proud of you! Thank you for putting your energy behind such an important cause.

🚒 You're invited to visit Bognor Fire Station! 🚒

Join us on Tuesday 16th June 2026 for an exciting fire station tour with firefighter John. This is a brilliant opportunity for our residents, families, and the local community to learn about the vital work our firefighters do and see behind the scenes at the station.

We're bringing residents from Ashbury Care Home, Amara House, and Abbots Lawn Nursing Home – and you're welcome to join us too!

It's a fantastic day out that celebrates community spirit and the amazing services that keep us all safe.
