Losing weight is difficult. Fact.
However, feeling unhealthy, tired, depressed and unhappy with your body is even harder. Fact.
Do you want to continue avoiding and missing out on life, or do you want be a participant and live life to the max?
Outside of ISO do you normally avoid the beach, swimming or nice occasions where getting dressed up or undressed are required?
Which hard are you going to choose today?
The hard that is saying ‘no’ to the foods that you continue to crave, as you continue to make the wrong decision by eating them. Turn it around today, not tomorrow. Start to finally feel good about yourself as you begin to learn or relearn to flex those will power muscles.

Continuing to eat what you want, when you want, because you are stressed or eating your own feelings. Ask yourself, does that help make you feel better? No. it never does. We all know it just makes you feel worse.
When will your food party end? Do you really need to ‘treat’ yourself to foods that harm you. When is a ‘treat’ not a treat? When it causes harm to your body and mood. Something thats adds excess fat and causes a post slump is not a treat to you or your body!
So, choose the hard that actually makes a difference and that starts to make you feel better about you!
Choose to stick to plan, and say no to the food and drinks that are not your health and weight loss friends.
