That’s something I hear a lot.

You can understand something logically.
You can know where it started.
You can even explain it really well.

They’re something your body feels.

When a fork is placed on or around the body, it sends precise vibration into the nervous system and tissues. That vibration travels — and your body responds.

It might look subtle from the outside.
But inside, things are shifting.

One of my core beliefs is this:

Most people don’t need fixing — they need understanding, safety, and support.

So many of the struggles people come to me with are nervous system responses to stress, overwhelm, past experiences, or simply carrying too much for too long.

Anxiety, tension, emotional exhaustion, feeling disconnected — these are not personal failures.

My work is about creating a space where your body can settle, your mind can slow down, and your system can finally exhale.

No pressure to perform.

No judgement.

Have you ever noticed the same emotions, fears, or patterns showing up again and again — even when you feel like you’ve “done the work” to move on?

Very often, that’s your inner child asking to be heard.

Your inner child is the part of you that still carries early experiences, beliefs, and emotional memories. When those early years felt safe and supportive, they can shape confidence and self-trust. When they didn’t, those experiences can quietly influence how you relate to yourself and others now.

You might notice it showing up as:
🧸 Feeling “not good enough” no matter how much you try
🧸 Putting everyone else first and struggling to meet your own needs
🧸 Fear of abandonment or difficulty trusting
🧸 Repeating patterns you know don’t serve you
