A lot of people focus on what happens during a session…

But what happens afterwards is just as important.

Because once your body has had the chance to slow down, release, and reset — it continues processing.

It’s something we say automatically.
Even when we’re tired.
Even when we’re overwhelmed.
Even when we’re holding far more than we realise.

Because life is busy.
Because people rely on us.
Because it feels easier to keep going than to stop and feel it all.

But your body doesn’t ignore things in the same way your mind can.

It keeps a quiet record.

In your shoulders.
In your breath.
In your energy levels.
In that constant sense of tension or “being on edge.”

And over time, that builds.

This can catch people off guard.

You have a session, you start to relax, things begin to shift…
and then later you feel emotional, tired, or a bit unsettled.

And your first thought might be:
“Why do I feel like this? I thought I was supposed to feel better.”

But this is actually a very normal part of the process.

When your body finally feels safe enough, it can start to release what it’s been holding — stress, tension, emotions that haven’t had space to move.

That release doesn’t always feel neat or instant.
Sometimes it shows up as:
✨ needing more rest
✨ feeling more emotional than usual
✨ processing thoughts or memories
✨ a temporary dip before things settle

This isn’t you going backwards.
It’s your system letting go.

And on the other side of that, people often feel lighter, clearer and more balanced than before.

This is why I always say — healing isn’t about quick fixes.
It’s about supporting your body through real change.

There are so many different types of therapy out there — and they all have their place.

But one of the things that makes my work different is that I don’t follow a fixed structure or one single method.

I work intuitively.

That means instead of sticking to one approach, I draw on a blend of therapies — EFT tapping, tuning forks, sound healing, massage, energy work and meditation — depending on what you need in that moment.

Because no two people are the same.
And no two sessions should be either.

Sometimes your body needs calming.
Sometimes it needs release.
Sometimes it needs grounding.
Sometimes it just needs space.

By working this way, we’re not just focusing on one layer — we’re supporting the whole system.

This is why people often say they feel a deeper shift, not just temporary relief.

But that’s not how my sessions work.

You don’t need the right words.
You don’t need a clear plan.
You don’t need to fully understand what’s going on.

You just need to arrive.

From there, we gently tune into what your body and nervous system are asking for.
Sometimes that’s emotional release through EFT tapping.
Sometimes it’s deep calm through tuning forks or sound.
Sometimes it’s grounding through touch, breath or stillness.

Every session is guided by you — not a script.

And that’s why people often leave feeling:
✨ lighter without knowing exactly what shifted
✨ calmer in a way they haven’t felt in a while
✨ more like themselves again

This isn’t about doing it “right.”
