2. Stay Active: Engage in physical activity, even indoors. Aim for at least 30 minutes most days to boost your mood.
3. Light Therapy: Use a light box for 20-30 minutes each morning to combat winter blues and regulate your mood.
4. Connect with Others: Reach out to friends and family through calls or safe meetups to build connections and support.
5. Establish a Routine: Create a daily structure, including enjoyable activities like reading or hobbies.
6. Practice Self-Compassion: Be gentle with yourself and engage in self-care activities like journaling or meditation.
7. Seek Professional Help: If sadness persists, consider consulting a mental health professional for support.
