How I got stronger with my deadlifting .

I am now lifting 125kg - double my bodyweight.
It's been an enormous challenge because of various major surgeries and a serious accident ,but I have never given up .

Overcoming obstacles and getting out of your comfort zone is how you grow.

Make a change ,or stay the same .

My physical strength helps me to be a better therapist and I can assure you of my best attention at all times .

How are you decreasing your chances of a fall and fracture as you age ?
Getting older is inevitable.
How you age is your choice.

If you only do one exercise, choose the Farmer's carry which is quite literally a full body exercise .
Start light and as your grip strength improves ,increase the weight ,distance and time that you carry for .

You don't need kettle bells but they are more comfortable to carry than dumbells and you can see how this exercise easily translates to every day activities .

Strength train for Life
Grip strength for longevity.

Sitting still feeling sorry for myself and not doing my rehabilitation work wasn't an option .
