A fabulous friend came for an 'Ultimate' relaxation treatment on Friday.

Over 2hrs of total bliss starting with tuning fork facial.

I first qualified to use tuning forks in may 2019! And have been fascinated by them ever since

Treatments available since then have been rebalancing with tuning forks, chakra balancing, pain relief, biofield cleansing (of which I was the only one in a 60 mile plus radius offering this at the time), relaxation sessions etc.

I've gradually added a whole host of new tuning forks into my stash, each frequency can help with different things. And the ongoing education into what they can do is forever changing.

So it's not just tuning forks facials I offer. That was a new treatment I started in may 2024.

Here's a bit more about them.

They may not look it but they’re surprisingly powerful.

Tuning forks work with vibration. When gently placed on or around the body, they send calming frequencies through your system – helping your body relax, reset and come back into balance.

They can also support things like easing aches and pains, encouraging better blood circulation, and helping your body switch out of that constant “on” mode.

Think of it like a little “retune” for your energy 💫

Different frequencies are used for different things too…
Some are deeply grounding, some help shift stuck energy, and others are beautifully calming for the mind (perfect if your brain doesn’t know how to switch off at night 🙃).

Every session is a bit different, because your body will always take what it needs in that moment.

It’s gentle, soothing… and most people say they feel lighter, calmer and a bit more “them” afterwards 💛
