When someone is brought into our care, one of the very first things we do is place identification name tags with them. It is not just a step in a process, it is a responsibility we take incredibly seriously. From the moment we receive someone, those identification tags stay with them every step of the way during transportation, while in our care, throughout preparation, and all the way to final disposition. It is part of a strict chain of identification that ensures there is never any question about who we are caring for. In an environment where accuracy matters deeply, this system protects families, honors the individual, and upholds the integrity of everything we do. It may seem like a small detail, but it is one of the most important safeguards in funeral service because every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and absolute certainty that they are in the right hands.
