♻️ It’s Global Recycling Day!

Did you know you can recycle a lot more than you think at our practice?

We have a recycling collection point to take in old or unused spectacles and also contact lenses and their packaging. We can even put new prescription lenses into your old or spare frames so they can be used again.

We offer our very own Spectacle lens cleaner with unlimited refills, helping reduce plastic waste. And wherever possible, we keep things paper-free by sending updates and Eye Examination results via email or SMS instead of letters.

If you’ve got old glasses or used contact lenses or packaging at home, bring them in next time you visit – every little bit helps! 🌍

We are so proud of the talented, supportive and inspiring women we work alongside. 💜

International Women’s Day began in the early 1900s, during a time when women were campaigning for better working conditions, fair pay and the right to vote. Thanks to generations of determined (and very brave) women who refused to stay quiet, progress was made — and continues to be made today.

Today is about celebrating how far we’ve come, supporting one another, and recognising the amazing women around us — including the brilliant team here in our practice.

But did you know… if reading feels tricky, it might not be the book — it could be their vision? 👀

Our charity event made it into the newspaper! We are so proud of everyone who showed up, supported, donated, and helped make it happen. Community really does show up when it matters. 🤍 🚴

Grateful is an understatement.

An independent opticians in Felpham raised over £350 in support of Cancer Research UK, with a mission of completing a 293 mile long cycling challenge in practice over the past week.
