**2024** A Very Happy New Year to you all!
New Year and new beginnings. Have you ever thought of learning a new skill to help you, your family and friends?
I teach a wide range of therapies in fact this is most of what we do here in the clinic.
From Allergy Testing for Aggressive Allergies and Food Intolerances to Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candles, Baby Massage and of course Bach Flower Remedies.
So why not try something new this year. We all need to stay well, fit and healthy if we can, so let’s try to give the NHS a break this year and keep away from the Doctors surgery as much a possible. Then hopefully if you do need an appointment, you might be able to actually get to see a Doctor face to face!

Christmas is fast approaching; this can be a very stressful time for a lot of us. Feeling that you will never get everything done in time.

With a Maximum of only five in the class you are assured lots of personal help throughout the day. So, if your body is trying to tell you it is not happy, try listening to it.

What a fantastic weekend we have had on the Bach Level one course! Perfect weather and a wonderful group of ladies learning about the incredible benefits of the Bach Flower Remedies.
