I offer you one-to-one support to create a personalised weight-loss plan that suits your lifestyle. I offer a number of nutritionally balanced programmes ranging from 450kcal to 1500+kcal per day, and each programme incorporates at least one of our delicious tasting low-calorie diet products.
I will explain the Cambridge Weight Plan Steps plan including the four stages of each weight loss programme; preparation, weight loss, stabilisation and long-term weight management. After discussing your personal circumstances, I will recommend an appropriate Step for you to start on.
I will not only provide you with one-to-one support, but will also motivate and encourage you throughout your weight loss journey and once you reach your target, Iβll be there to help you maintain your fantastic new look!
