Yesterday was all about tapping into our soul goals for 2026 followers with a beautiful evening to really let the day land. I have never felt so relaxed and held by the earth like I did last night, it was magic and I woke this morning feeling completely topped up. Thank you for holding such a beautiful space, day & night ❤️❤️❤️

Maryline ran a lovely event today, Lunch with an Expert’. The expert was Fiona from Well Woman Cheshire, talking all things about caesarean recovery. ❤️‍🩹 It was interesting and I helped out with serving lunch and having baby cuddles so the mums could really take in the information. Baby cuddles, what is not to love ? I do love my job ❤️😍if you would be interested in attending an event like this let me know.

Thank you for being on this self care journey with me this month. I know by being accountable on here I have shown up for myself every day and these little pockets of time have definitely helped me each day. This is not polished but it’s my little gift to you during this time that can be full of joy, but can also be a tough time too . Day 23 - I feel the need to journal. Sometime when I let things get on top of me, I can feel my body getting more tense and it’s not always obvious what is making me feel like that so in that moment I have learnt that by writing my feelings down, it’s a space for me to vent, metaphorically stamp my feet and say all the stuff I want to say but would be really hurtful. It is a space to validate safely how I’m feeling, then this is where the magic happens, as I’m a writing it helps uncovers what’s underneath it all. Breathe. Now I’m able to speak my truth and I feel my body calm. How are you doing?

Day 22 - self-care advent and today I choose to sit in quiet with a guided meditation before I go to bed.

Day 20 - today for self-care advent I choose to ground myself before doing anything else. Been awake quite early so I had a bath, done a seven minute meditation which keeps anchoring you back to your breath drifting in and out and have come out into my garden to drink my morning brew and feel my feet on the Earth.. it’s actually really calming being out here so early and sitting in the dark, despite it being nearly 730 now! Can you prioritise yourself this morning before you do anything else? What does that look like?

Day 19 - today is one of my client days and I have had a busy one, it feels like a day that I’ve just been chasing my tail all day! So today I choose to finish my workday to pause and breathe. Relaxing my shoulders. Bringing my awareness back into my body and my breath.. remember you can always come back to your breath

Opening Saturday 14th April

Mother Nature Sanctuary will be opening their doors on Saturday 14th April - the first Mind, Body and Health centre in Bollington. The space is a calm, quiet and beautiful place offering a variety of therapies or sessions including massage, reflexology, baby massage, meditation, yoga, pilates, Seido karate, nutrition or counselling.

I look forward to welcoming you to the centre and introducing you to the team.
