Whilst this is a very funny (and true fact) from Washy_wash_cleantok, it’s also relevant for one of our top tips for new parents.

Create an early routine by reading to bump just before Mum falls asleep. This will then encourage bump to associate stories with sleep. When baby is here, continue the same routine by adding a book with their last feed of the day so they fall asleep with stories.
