Online hypnotherapy sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions.

I will work with you over video call such as Zoom or WhatsApp the same way as I work with clients in-person.

All you will need is an Internet connection, your laptop or phone, headphones and a comfy place such as your sofa or bed for when we do the hypnosis part.

I also offer in-person hypnotherapy sessions for clients who are local and prefer face to face.

Personal goals 🤍

Is one of your goals to lose weight so you can feel your best and live a healthier life?

When we want to lose weight we often turn to fad diets. Whilst we may lose a few pounds, these diets are often strict and unrealistic for the long term. This means we're likely to go back to our usual way of eating, putting the weight back on more.

Hypnotherapy is a great tool to help us change unwanted behaviour patterns, including eating and snacking on unhealthy foods and reducing portion sizes.

November is men's mental health awareness month to bring awareness and hold a positive conversation around men's mental health.

It doesn't matter if you're a husband, boyfriend, son, dad, grandad, uncle, friend, neighbour, or a colleague. Mental health has no gender and can affect anyone of us at any time.

Talking about men's mental health will help to remove the stigma so men can live longer and happier lives.

The number of sessions varies depending on the reason why hypnotherapy is being used.

Gastric band hypnosis for weight loss is a package of 4 sessions.

Stopping smoking is a single 2 hour session, phobia can be as few as 3 sessions and anything else is usually between 8 and 12 sessions, although this can vary between each individual client.
