This is a fantastic opportunity to access personalised support that focuses on understanding strengths, building confidence, and developing practical strategies for everyday life.

Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis or looking for ongoing support, this coaching offer is designed to complement our clinical services and provide that next step forward.

This week we’re proud to celebrate Neurodiversity Celebration Week (16-22 March).

This years theme is a powerful reminder that understanding neurodiversity is just the beginning, the real impact comes from what we do next.

At Amethyst, we are committed to turning awareness into meaningful action. That means creating services that are accessible, responsive, and genuinely inclusive.

For us, action looks like:
• Adapting approaches to meet individual needs
• Listening to lived experiences and shaping services around them
• Supporting schools, workplaces, and families to better understand and include neurodivergent people
• Challenge stigma and advocating for lasting change

Let’s move beyond awareness and work together to create environments where neurodiversity is truly embraced
