She’s been incredible with him. So patient, so reassuring, and just has this way of connecting that really matters — especially with teenagers who don’t always say much but feel everything.
She’s worked through targeted massage, heat, and simple exercises he can do at home (that he’ll actually stick to… which says a lot!). But more than that, she’s helped him understand what’s going on with his body — and that confidence shift is huge.
